摘要
针对我国普遍存在的在职护士离职现状,从个人特征、工作因素、社会支持与社会多元发展、职业承诺等方面综述了在职护士离职意愿的影响因素,并从医院管理、社会支持及个人角度提出应对策略,旨在为人力资源管理者提供借鉴,以采取针对性措施减少离职行为的发生,稳定护理队伍。
In view of status quo of in - service nurses' turnover in china, the paper reviewed influencing factorsof turnover intention of in - service nurses from personal characteristics,ob factors ,social support and social pluralism ,occupation commitment ,and put forward the countermeasures from hospital management , social sup-port and personal perspective. In order to provide references for human resource managers,it taken targetedmeasures to reduce occurrence of turnover behavior and stable care team.
