摘要
[目的]探讨基于信息-动机-行为(IMB)技巧模型的健康教育在老年男性膀胱造瘘病人中的应用效果。[方法]随机选取90例拟行膀胱造瘘术的老年男性病人分为试验组48例和对照组42例,对照组采用泌尿外科常规健康宣教,试验组采用以IMB技巧模型为理论基础制定的护理干预方案进行健康教育,比较两组病人并发症发生率、健康知识评分和自我护理能力。[结果]病人出院12个月后,试验组病人并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),健康知识评分和自我护理能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]基于IMB技巧模型的健康教育可有效减少老年男性膀胱造瘘病人并发症的发生,提高健康知识水平和自我护理能力。
Objective: To probe into the application effect of health education based on information - motivation- behavior (IMB) skills model for the male elderly patients with bladder fistula. Methods: A male elderly patients undergoing bladder fistulization were randomly selected and divided tnto experimental group of 48 cases and control group of 42 cases. The patients in control group used conventional health educa-tion in urology,While the patients in experimental group adopted health education of nursing intervention pro-gram based on IMB skills model, then the incidence of complications, health knowledge score and self - care abil-ity were compared between both groups. Results: The incidence of complications in the experimental group waslower than that in the control group at 12 months after discharge( P 〈0. 05), while the health and self-care ability were higher than those in the control group (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion : Health education based on IMB skills model can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the level of health knowledge and self - care ability of male elderly patients with bladder stoma.
