积分制在病理学教学中的应用及其效果评价 被引量:6

Application and evaluation of credit system in the teaching of pathology

摘要 目的 探讨积分制在病理学教学中的应用和效果评价.方法 选取湖南中医药大学2013级临床医学专业7班和8班84名学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用积分制考核方式,对照组采用传统考核方式.通过对比两组学生考试成绩和对实验组学生进行问卷调查,评价积分制在病理学教学中的应用效果.结果 实验组学生在期末考试各类题型的单项成绩和总成绩均优于对照组学生,且差异均具有统计学意义.实验组88.1%的学生对积分制表示满意.结论 积分制激发了学生的学习热情,调动了学生学习的自觉性和主动性,培养了学生的综合素质,从而提高了病理学的教学效果. Objective To explore the application and evaluation of the credit system in pathology teaching.Methods Total 84 students from the clinical class 7 and 8 of grade 2013 in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group adopt credit system teaching methods,the control group adopt traditional imparting teaching meth-od.The test results and the experimental group questionnaire were used to evaluate the application effect of the credit teaching method in pathology teaching.Results Students in the experimental group in the final exam types individual score and total score were better than the control group students,and the difference is statistically (P 〈 0.05).The experimental group of 88.1% students satisfied with the credit system teaching methods.Conclusions The credit teaching method stimulates the students to study enthusiasm,arouse students’ learning consciousness and initiative,and cultivate students’ comprehensive quality,thus improving the quality of teaching.
