摘要
本文介绍了慢性心力衰竭患者院外液体管理的重要性，分析了影响慢性心力衰竭患者院外液体管理的因素，总结了慢性心力衰竭患者院外液体管理护理干预的内容及方法，为治疗和护理提供有力证据，以确保慢性心力衰竭治疗的连续性，降低住院率，提高患者的生活质量。
This article introduces the importance of volume management in discharged patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）, analyzes the influencing factors of volume management in discharged patients with CHF, and summarizes the methods and contents of nursing intervention in volume management of discharged patients, which gurantee the continuous treatment of heart failure, provide strong evidence for doctors, reduce the hospitalization rate and improve the quality of life.
