摘要
通辽市西辽河总办窝堡闸是西辽河防洪体系中的重要骨干工程,承担着通辽市重要的防洪安全保护、配水、供水及向通辽市城区补充地下水资源和保护生态的任务。本文针对总办窝堡闸运行管理中,闸门及启闭机、水工建筑物等重要设备设施的日常管理要素,浅谈了实际工作体会,提出了有效、实用的检查、养护和维修日常管理要点,供同行参考。
Wobao Sluice in General Office of Tongliao City is an important backbone project in flood prevention system in West Liaohe River and undertakes important tasks of flood control safety protection,water distribution,water supply and refilling underground water and protecting ecology to downtown of Tongliao. Pertinent to the operation management of Wobao Sluice in General Office and daily management factors of major utilities such as sluice gates,headstock gear,hydraulic structure and so forth,this article briefly talks about the actual work experience and puts forward valid and pragmatic main points on check,maintenance and upkeep for reference to its peers.
