摘要 很多煤矿已经建设或正在建设的各种无线通信系统因传输距离、功耗、外部电源等因素的影响,无法实现在工作面、掘进头以及其他临时施工场所的内部移动通讯。为实现古书院矿井下工作人员的快速调度,提高安全生产、检修作业、生产维护等过程中的沟通效率和临时施工场所的联络通讯效率,研制了一套适应井下采掘工作面、临时施工场所的ZigBee无线通讯系统。当发生事故时,该系统能在无外电的情况下长时间工作,且能在短时间内组建临时网络,提供安全可靠和稳定的井下工作面救援指挥功能。 Internal mobile communications of working face, heading end and other temporary construction sites were unable to implement based on effecting factors of transmission distance, power consumption and external power supply in various wireless communication systems of already built or under construction in many coal mines. In order to gurantee fast scheduling of work force in Gushuyuan Mine, improve communication efficiency in temporary construction sites and process of safety production, maintenance work, productive maintenance, and so forth, Zig Bee wireless communication system which adapted to the underground mining working face and temporary construction sites was developed. It could work long hours without external electric and build temporary network in a short tome when accidents happened, which provided safe,reliable and stable rescue command functions in underground working face.
