摘要
师德长效机制建设涉及大学教学改革、师资结构调整、制度机制建设各个方面,是一项关系大学各项事业发展的系统工程,必须立足当前,谋划长远,以解决现实问题为导向,以研究实现路径为突破口,着力增强师德建设的针对性和操作性,不断完善师德建设的长效机制。研究师德建设长效机制,首先要研究目前师德建设过程存在的诸多问题。只有问题研究准了,才能找到对症下药、标本兼治的实现路径。这既是我们完善师德建设长效机制的认识起点,更是我们"培养什么人、怎么培养人"的现实基础。
Referring to aspects of university teaching reform,ranks of teachers structure adjustment,institutional improvement,teachers Morality long-term construction a serial project concerning of university development,which should be constantly improved by looking through both current situation and the future,taking solution of realistic problems as guide and breakthrough,enhancing focus and operability. Research of teachers Morality long-term construction should start with various existing problems. It's necessary to find the solution by studying problems correctly,which is both the start of improvement and foundation of "who to raise and how to raise".
