摘要 采用固相合成法合成季戊四醇铝,探讨反应温度、物料配比、反应时间等因素对季戊四醇铝热稳定性的影响;探讨季戊四醇铝与其他热稳定剂、辅助热稳定剂复配的协同作用;探讨以季戊四醇铝为主要成分的硬质聚氯乙烯(U-PVC)压延片材专用稳定剂CZX-378的应用效果。 This test used solid-state reaction method to synthesize pentaerythritol aluminum;and factors in- fluenced on the thermal stability of pentaerythritol aluminum by factors such as reaction temperatures, material ratios, reaction time, etc. were explored. The synergistic effect of pentaerythritol aluminum with other heat stabi- lizers and auxiliary heat stabilizers were researched also. The effect of CZX - 378, in which pentaerythritol alu- minum is one of main compositions, applied in U-PVC calendered sheet were also discussed.
