摘要
本文对目前地下洞室钻爆法施工的优缺点进行了分析,从工程实践中总结提出了因钻爆法施工特殊性造成的超挖问题,由于超挖带来初支混凝土厚度增加,从而导致回弹率增大、原材料浪费、施工成本增加、施工工效降低,二衬混凝土厚度增加导致的浇筑时不易振捣与质量不易控制、水泥水化热增大、温控难度增加、混凝土容易出现裂缝、回填灌浆不易密实、后期运行易出现水力劈裂等诸多问题。通过凝灰质砂岩520m洞段爆破参数的优化设计,径向平均超挖20.5cm降低至15.4cm,为同类地质条件施工提供参考。
In the paper,advantages and disadvantages of current drilling and blasting method construction of underground cavern are analyzed. Overbreak problem due to the specialty of drilling and blasting method construction are summarized and proposed in engineering practice. Initially-supported concrete thickness is increased due to overbreak,thereby leading to resilient rate increase,waste of raw materials,construction cost increase,construction efficiency reduction,difficult concrete vibration during pouring due to second lining concrete thickness increase and difficult quality control,cement hydration heat increase,increased temperature control difficulty,easy crack production of concrete,difficult compaction of backfilling grouting,easy hydraulic fracture in subsequent operation,etc. Radial average over-break is reduced from 20. 5cm to 15. 4cm through the optimal design of tuffaceous sandstone 520 m hole section blasting parameters,thereby providing reference for construction under similar geological conditions.
