方舱用蜂窝吸波材料的吸波性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用聚脲弹性体作为抗冲击层,研究了聚脲厚度与抗冲击性能之间的关系。在满足抗冲击性能的前提下,对蜂窝材料的单层和双层吸波性能进行了研究。结果表明,0.5 mm玻璃钢板+1 mm厚聚脲,可以满足抗冲击要求。双层结构吸波材料的吸波性能明显优于单层结构。厚度9 mm、面密度4 kg·m-2的双层蜂窝吸波材料,4-8 GHz的反射率小于-10 d B,8-18 GHz的发射率小于-20 d B。 The relationship between impact property and the thickness of polyurea(SPUA) layer has been investigated applied with polyurea elastomer as impact resistance layer for honeycomb radar absorbing materials.In meeting the impact resistance performance, the radar absorbing properties of single and double layered honeycomb radar absorbing materials were studied.The results show that 0.5 mm thick glass fiber-reinforced plastic(FRP), sprayed with 1.0 mm polyurea elastomer, can meet with the requirements of impact resistance.The radar absorbing properties for double layered honeycomb is superior to that of the single layer.For double layered honeycomb radar absorbing material, with 9 mm thickness, 4 kg·m-2 surface density, the reflectivity at 4~8 GHz is less than-10 d B, and at 8~18 GHz, less than-20 d B.
