摘要
目的:探讨急性早幼粒细胞白血病(acute promyelocytic leukemi,APL)患者治疗前后血浆硫化氢(H_2S)和一氧化氮(NO)的浓度变化及意义。方法:随机挑选初治APL住院患者26例为病例组,健康体检者26例为对照组。测定病例组和对照组血浆中的H_2S和NO浓度,分别比较病例组急性发病期、临床缓解期与健康对照组之间有无统计学差异。结果:病例组在急性发病期血浆中的H_2S和NO浓度明显升高,与临床缓解期和对照组相比均有统计学意义(P<0.01);病例组经治疗后进入临床缓解期的患者血浆中的H_2S和NO浓度降低,接近健康对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例组在治疗前后血浆H_2S和NO浓度变化变化趋势一致,两者呈正相关。结论:内源性H_2S和NO可能参与了APL的病理生理过程,且两者之间变化趋势一致,呈正相关。
Objective:To investigate the changes and significances of plasma hydrogen sulfide(H2S)and nitric oxide(NO)concentration in patients with APL before and after treatment.Methods:A total of 26 hospitalized patients with APL were randomly selected as the case group,and 26 healthy persons as control group.H2S and NO concentrations in plasma of patients and controls were determined,and the significant differences were compared between the patients at acute stage,clinical remission and healthy control group.Results:The concentration of H2S and NO in plasma of acute stage patients significantly increased showing statistical significance compared with clinical remission stage and control group(P〈0.05);patients in clinical remission after treatment,H2S and NO concentrations in the plasma of patients decreased,close to the healthy control group,the difference has not statistical significance(P〉0.05).The changes of plasma NO concentration were consistent with the changes of plasma levels of H2S and in the patients before and after treatment.Conclusion:Endogenous H2S and NO may be involved in the pathophysiological process of APL,and the trend is consistent and Positive correlation between the two.
