摘要 在我国大力推行城市化的同时,城市建设用地紧张、基坑紧靠已有建筑物或街道以及建筑物密集等因素,都对当前的深基坑开挖施工提出了更高的要求,且难度也进一步加大。SMW工法作为近年来大力推广应用的一项新技术,不仅可以在实现安全信息化施工的基础上,及时发现并处理施工中某些细小问题,同时还为整个工程的施工监理及质量安全控制提供了很大便利。因此,可以从九霄商业广场项目的实际案例中出发,对施工监理过程中的关键点加以分析,从而在有效减少建立风险的同时,为今后深基坑SMW工法桩围护施工监理提供参考依据。 Push forward the urbanization in our country at the same time,the tension of land used for urban construction,foundation pit close to existing buildings or streets and buildings such as intensive factors,all of the current deep foundation pit excavation construction put forward higher requirements,and the difficulty is also increase.SMW as energetically popularization and application of a new technology in recent years,it not only can implement security,on the basis of informatization construction,timely discover and deal with the construction of some small problems,but also for the whole project construction supervision and quality safety control provides a great convenience Can,therefore,starting from the actual case of nine commercial plaza project,the construction supervision of the key points in the process of analysis,which was established in reducing the risk at the same time,deep foundation pit SMW pile retaining construction supervision for the future provide a reference basis.
