摘要难治性原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的处理是临床上非常棘手的问题。文章阐述了难治性ITP的定义以及各种治疗药物和方案,希望能够给同行提供参考。 Management of refractory primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is a tough issue in clinical practice.This article reviewed the definition and various agents and protocols reported for the management of refractory ITP.
