摘要
在微信息时代,移动阅读已经成为时代潮流,呈现出碎片化、移动化、数字化、个性化的特征。国家数字文化网应顺应趋势,构建微信公众平台为社会公众提供微服务,以不断提升自身的服务效益和效能。文章借鉴我国省级公共图书馆微信公众平台的构建经验,结合国家数字文化网自身服务需求,构建了国家数字文化网微信公众平台模型,其功能框架包括文化资讯、资源活动、文化微社区三大部分,每一部分均包含若干功能菜单。
In the era of micro-information, mobile reading has become the trend of the times, and showed the feature of fragmented, mobile, digital and personalized. National Digital Cultural Network should follow the tide, constructing WeChat public platform and providing micro-services, to continuously improve its service efficiency and effectiveness. Based on service needs, drawing on the experience of WeChat public platform provided by provincial public libraries, this paper constructs the model of National Digital Cultural Network WeChat public platform. Its functional framework includes three parts: cultural information, resources and activities and cultural micro-community, and each part contain several menus below.
