Objective:To investigate the effect of Orem self-care model on Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury efficacy and compliance.Method:A total of 60 cases with severe traumatic brain injury treated by Xingnaojing Injection were divided into the observation group(n=30) and control group(n=30) according to the results of the draw. The control group was treated with routine nursing during the treatment period. The observation group on the base of the control group was given Orem self-care mode for nursing, the therapeutic effect, before and after treatment of brain nerve function defect score, motor function and quality of life changes of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate, the treatment compliance rate, the rate of satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05).And the incidence of complications, nursing dispute were lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the Barthel score,GQOLI-74 score were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Orem self-care model can effectively improve the effect of Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury patients compliance with medication, and improve the treatment effect, reduce the incidence of complications and nursing disputes,is conducive to the improvement of neurological function and motor function and improve the life quality of the patients.
