摘要 20世纪90年代以来,企业面临的环境随着市场全球化、用户需求个性化的日益发展,由企业与企业的竞争转变为供应链与供应链之间的竞争,在这个大环境下,供应商选择已成为一种战略决策,成为企业提升自身竞争力的一种重要手段。文章根据供应商选择评价的相关特点,并结合Topsis原理构建了供应商选择模型,其中主观权重是用层次分析法来确定,客观权重是用熵值法来确定,再用线性回归的方式组合权重。最后,以上海通用具体数据进行研究验证,选择出了最适合的供应商,为供应商选择提供了一种思路和方法。 Wilh the rapid development of global logistics, enterprise traced witb the environment by the competition between enter- prises change into the competilion between supply chain. In this environment, supplier selection has become a strategic decision for enterprises to raise their competitiveness. This article first analyze the character of supplier's selection, and combining the principle of Topsis to construct the supplier selection model. The subjective weight by using analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to determine, we use entropy value method to determine the objective weight, then use the linear combination weighting regression. Finally, the specific data and study specific supplier verification is discussed based on Shanghai gm supplier database, the company have chosen the most suitable supplier of Shanghai general motors, it provides an idea and method for supplier selection.
