摘要
阐述了水利风景资源的独特魅力及多维效益,分析了生态文明视角下的云南省水利风景区发展定位及如何处理生态水利、民生水利、和谐水利的发展关系,结合省内独特的文化、自然及社会环境探索性地提出发展云南特色水利风景区的几点思考。
Special charm and multiple benefits of water scenery spots are discussed based on analysis of its functions on ecological improvement in Yunnan Province. Emphasis is placed on how to benefit people with ecological-friendly approaches and balance development for people＇s welfare and harmony. Recommendations are given to water scenery spots development in Yunnan Province with consideration on special features of culture and social-environment.
