摘要
超高层建设推动了施工技术的突破与创新,也对大型机械设备的性能和使用管理提出挑战。施工电梯是建筑施工中不可或缺的垂直运输设备,尤其高度超过500m后,无论是安装还是管理都存在巨大挑战。作为中国结构第一高楼,结构高度达到596.5m的天津高银117大厦是国内房建领域首个PC模式总承包项目,垂直运输管理是总承包管理核心任务之一。施工电梯合理布置、安装、维修保养、使用调度、拆除等管理工作是工程顺利推进的保障,各种科学管理的手段将保证施工电梯的高效运行。
Super tall building development promotes the construction technology breakthroughs and innovation,but also puts forward challenges on the performance of large machinery and equipment.External construction elevator is an important mechanical equipment in building construction for vertical transportation,especially for the building with height more than 500 m. As the tallest structural building,Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building firstly uses PC mode general contracting, and vertical transportation management is one of core tasks for general contracting management. Reasonable arrangement,installation,maintenance,the use of scheduling,removal and other management work for construction elevator are the guarantee of the smooth progress of the project,a variety of scientific management means can ensure the efficient operation of the elevator.
