摘要
甘薯中的胡萝卜素对人体有较高的保健价值,以致全国各个育种单位都加强了这一系列甘薯品种的选育。南薯010系四川省南充市农业科学院从国际马铃薯中心引进"PC99-1"集团杂交种子中选育出的一个优质橘红肉甘薯新品种,含有丰富的类胡萝卜素。该品种在2007—2008年四川省甘薯品种区域试验中,平均鲜薯产量为33 525.0 kg/hm^2,平均干物率20.98%,平均薯干产量6 945.0 kg/hm^2;生产试验中,平均鲜薯产量为33 165.0 kg/hm^2,平均薯干产量为7 705.5 kg/hm^2;区域试验多点取样分析可知,鲜薯总糖含量7.29%,蛋白质含量0.56%,维生素C含量20.1 mg/100 g,类胡萝卜素含量9.3 m g/100 g。该品种于2010年3月通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会鉴定,鲜薯产量高,熟食味甜,富含类胡萝卜素,商品性好,抗黑斑病,耐贮藏,是一个适于食用及食品加工用的橘红肉甘薯品种,适宜在中等肥力以上的田块种植,应合理密植并早栽早收。
The carotene in sweet potato has high health care value to the human body,so that the breeding units in the country strengthens the selection of a series of sweet potato varieties.Having richer carotenoids,Nanshu 010 was developed from " PC99-1" that came from International Potato Center by mass crossing manually and identification in multi-places by Nanchong Academy of Agricultural Science.In 2007-2008 the Sichuan's sweet potato regional test,the average fresh yield,dry matter content and dry yield of Nanshu 010 were 33 525.0 kg/hrrf,20.98%and 6 945.0 kg/hrrf,respectively.In production test,the average fresh yield and dry yield of Nanshu 010 were 33 165.0,7 705.5 kg/hrrf,respectively.Fresh sweet potato multi-sampling analysis showed that the total sugar content,protein content vitamin C content,carotenoid content were 7.29%,0.56%,20.1 mg/100 g and 9.3 mg/100 g,respectively,which was identified by the Sichuan Sweet Potato New Varieties Appraisal Committee in March 2010.It shows high yield,good taste for cooking,rich in carotenoids,good marketable,resistance to black rot,resistant storage,which is a suitable for food and food processed variety,plants reasonable density and in moderate fertility field as early as possible.
