摘要
创新驱动是中国转型发展的动力源泉,已在党的十八大后升级为国家战略。但在新常态背景下,有关创新驱动发展机理和内涵的研究并不多见,而对创新驱动发展理论模型构建的研究则更为稀缺。文章运用内容分析法,通过对《科技创新论述摘编》的文本分析,提出了新常态背景下创新驱动发展的基本路径,即先驱动自主创新,再驱动产业发展,最终驱动社会的全面发展。深入分析了创新驱动发展影响因素的内涵和逻辑关系,确立了创新人才、创新投入、创新文化、市场需求、平台载体等5种影响自主创新的关键因素以及创新战略、创新政策、企业家精神、知识产权保护等4种影响产业发展的关键因素,最终构建了创新驱动发展的一般性理论模型,为中国创新驱动发展战略的实施提供了理论依据。
Innovation driven is a driving force for China＇ s transformation and development, which has been upgraded to the national strategy after the Eighteenth National Congress of CPC. But in the context of a new normal, the research on the mechanism and connotation of innovation driven development is rare, while the research on the theoretical model of innovation driven development is more scarce. This pa- per applies the content analysis method, through the text analysis of ＂The Excerpts about Science and Technology Innovation＂, puts for- ward the innovation driven development basic path in the context of the new normal, namely firstly driving independent innovation, then driving the industrial innovation, ultimately driving the overall development of society. Thereafter, the paper makes in-depth analysis on the connotation and logic relation of innovation driven development influential factors, establishes the key factors of innovative talents, innovation investment, market demand and innovation platform about independent innovation, and establishes the key factors of innovation strategy, innovation policy, entrepreneurship and intellectual property protection about industrial development. Finally, this paper constructs the general theoretical model of innovation driven development and provides the theoretical basis for China＇ s innovation driven development strategy.
