摘要
流动注射化学发光技术是一种灵敏度高、线性范围宽、分析速度快、重现性好的痕量分析技术。文章研究表明芦丁对高锰酸钾-亚硫酸钠体系发光反应具有较强的催化作用,据此建立了流动注射化学发光测定芦丁的新方法。对影响该体系化学发光强度的诸多因素进行了探讨,在最佳实验条件下,芦丁浓度在5.0×10^(-6)~1.0×10^(-3) mol/L范围内与化学发光强度有良好的线性关系,检出限(3σ)为6.0×10^(-7) mol/L。对5.0×10^(-5)mol/L芦丁标准溶液进行13次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为2.7%。该方法成功地用于药物中芦丁含量的测定。
As a kind of high sensitivity analysis technology, flow injection chemiluminescence possesses a lot of advantages, such as wide linear range, fast analysis speed, good reproducibility. In the paper, a new method for the determination of rutin was developed based on the catalytic action of rutin to thc chemiluminescence reaction of KMnO4 and Na:SO3. Under the opfunal conditions, the linear range of this method to determine rutin was found to be 5.0× 10^-6-1.0× 10^-3 mol/L with a detection limit of 6.0× 10^-7 mol/L and the relative standard deviation was 2.7 % for 13 measurements of 5.0× 10^-5 mol/L rutin standard solution. The method has been successfully used for the determination ofrutin content in drug and food.
