摘要
分析液压机械无级变速箱的工作原理,研究一种适合水、旱两用大功率拖拉机的液压机械无级变速箱。依据水、旱两用拖拉机复杂的多工况作业要求设计液压机械无级变速箱方案,并基于Matlab软件平台,对该液压机械无级变速箱部分动态特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明配备本液压机械无级变速箱的水、旱两用大功率拖拉机能够满足在水田和旱田中边行驶边工作的要求,实现连续无级变速。
Analyzing the working principle of Hydro-mechanical Continuously Variable Transmission( HMCVT),and studying a HMCVT for water-dry dual-purpose high-power tractor. To design a scheme for this HMCVT accord to the complex working requirements of the water-dry dual-purpose tractor,and then to make simulation analysis of the dynamic characteristic based on the MATLAB software platform. The simulation results show that the water-dry dual-use large power tractor equipped with the HMCVT can work when runs in the water-dry land,realizing the continuous velocity.
