上海与广东揭阳某两所幼儿园儿童膳食与营养状况调查 被引量:7

摘要 目的:调查上海幼儿园与广东揭阳各1所幼儿园儿童的膳食与生长发育状况,为改善其营养状况提供科学依据。方法:在上海与揭阳各选取1所幼儿园,采用Z评分法和3d 24h膳食回顾法进行调查和评价。结果:上海幼儿园儿童的生长迟缓率和低体重率为0%、消瘦率0.83%、超重率19.17%、肥胖率7.5%,广东揭阳幼儿园儿童的生长迟缓率16.67%、低体重率13.33%、消瘦率5.83%、超重率0.83%、肥胖率1.67%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。2所幼儿园能量摄入基本充足,但广东揭阳幼儿园膳食结构严重不合理,而上海幼儿园蛋白质超过推荐比例。结论:经济水平不同导致其幼儿园儿童生长发育水平和膳食摄入情况存在差异。 [Objective]To investigate the dietary and growth status of children in 2 kindergartens in Shanghai and Jieyang in Guangdong province to provide important basis to improve their nutritional status.[Method]We selected one kindergarten in Shanghai and Jieyang district in Guangdong province each,and used the Z score method and 24-hour dietary recalls on 3 consecutive days method for investigation and evaluation.[Result]Shanghai kindergarten children's growth retardation rate and low weight rate of 0,weight loss rate of 0.83%,overweight rate of 19.17%,obesity rate of 7.5%.The rate of growth retardation of kindergarten children in rural areas of Jieyang was16.67%,the low weight rate was 13.33%,the weight loss rate was 5.83%,the overweight rate was 0.83%,and the obesity rate was1.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Intake of energy two of kindergartens was basic enough,but Jieyang kindergarten meal structure was seriously unreasonable,and Shanghai kindergarten protein intook too much.[Conclusion]The economic level is different,leading to huge differences in the growth level and dietary intake of kindergarten children.
