摘要
产业集聚极大地推动了区域经济的发展,但产业集聚也引起了环境污染问题。利用2014年我国31个省的工业总产值及二氧化硫排放量等相关数据,以区位熵法对我国工业产业的集聚水平进行了测度,再利用回归分析模型,分析了我国工业产业集聚与环境污染的关系,结果表明:我国工业产业集聚使环境污染不断加剧,但固定资产投资的增加却有利于缓解环境污染。最后提出了加大环境监管力度、引进环保技术以及提高环保意识等措施以解决我国工业产业集聚所带来的环境污染问题。
Industrial cluster greatly promotes the development of regional economy, but causes the envi- ronmental pollution. Based on the relevant data of total industrial output value and sulfur dioxide emissions in 31 provinces of China in 2014, the gathering level of Chinese industry is measured by the location quotient method, and then the relationship of industrial cluster and environmental pollution is analyzed by the Regres- sion analysis model. It is demonstrated that industrial cluster can make the environmental pollution increasingly serious, while the increase of investment in the fixed assets can reduce the environmental pollution. Finally, some measures are put forward to intensify the environment supervision, introduce some environmental protec- tion technology and improve the consciousness of environment protection, in order to solve the environmental pollution problem caused by the industrial cluster in China.
