摘要
目的:分析二级医院护理部主任管理培训需求的影响因素。方法:便利抽取全国10个省份二级医院的457位护理部主任/副主任作为研究对象,运用自行设计的问卷调查其培训需求情况并分析影响因素。结果:医院护士数量、护理部主任从事护理工作年限、护理部主任的最高学历成为管理培训需求的影响因素。结论:针对二级医院护理部主任的培训可优先在医院护士数量多、护理部主任从事护理工作年限短和最高学历高的主任中开展。
Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of the training needs among nursing department directors in the secondary hospitals. Methods: We recruited 457 nursing department directors from 10 provinces by using convenience sampling method. We used self-designed questionnaires to investigate the training needs and its influencing factors among nursing department directors of the secondary hospital. Results: Nurses' number of the hospital, nursing department director's working years as a nurse, the highest education background of nursing department directors were the influencing factors of the training needs. Conclusion: The training should be held among the nursing department directors who had large nurses' number, short working years as a nurse, and high education background.
