摘要
本文以文献检索、整理和分析为基础,从反思日志的概念与书写方法、反思日志的师生访谈、内容研究、反馈与评价等方面介绍了反思日志的质性研究,并就反思日志在临床护理教学中的应用效果进行了总结。旨在为我国护理教育工作者更好地应用反思日志这一教学工具改善教学质量提供参考依据。
Based on searching, sorting and analyzing the qualitative research literature, the concept and writing of reflective journal, the teachers and students' interview, the content research, feedback and evaluation of the reflective journal were introduced. The effects of reflective journal in clinical nursing practice were also summarized in this review.
