摘要
通过用变频器改变风机转速测定主通风机性能曲线和调节风门改变风机工况点测试主通风机性能曲线2种方法对比,以仁寿县天峨乡红光煤矿风机的测定为例。应用合理的测定及计算方法,进行相关参数的计算并绘制风机性能曲线图;通过对2种测定结果的对比分析得出能否利用改变风机频率来测定风机性能的结论。
As the frequent application of converter to the main fan in coal mining industry, new project and research direction are brought up for our inspection work. Takes it as an example the data tested in Hongguang mine of Tianer town, Renshou county. Through the comparison between the performance curve of main mine fan tested by using converter to change fan operating point,and applying to change the fan speed and that by adjusting air door proper testing and calculating method,comes to a conclusion that testing fan's performance curve by changing fan frequency is not workable.
