摘要
目的研究宾川獐牙菜Swertia binchuanensis T.N.Ho et S.W.Liu碳苷类成分。方法宾川獐牙菜95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位通过硅胶、大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex LH-20、MCI柱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离出6个化合物,分别鉴定为6-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-4',5-二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(1)、6-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-4',5,7-三羟基黄酮(2)、6-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-5,7,3',4'-四羟基黄酮(3)、2-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-1,3,6,7-四羟基口山酮(4)、5,7,3',4'-四羟基黄酮(5)、3,5,7,3',4'-五羟基黄酮(6)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the C-glycosides from Swertia binchuanensis T. N. Ho et S. W. Liu. METHODS The ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol fractions of S. binchuanensis 95% ethanol extract were isolated and purified by silica,macroporous adsorption resin,Sephadex LH-20 and MCI column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by spectral data. RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and identified as 6-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4',5-dihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone( 1),6-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4',5,7-trihydroxyflavone( 2),6-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5, 7, 3', 4'-tetrahydroxyflavone( 3), 2-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1, 3, 6, 7-tetrahydroxyxanthone( 4),5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxyflavone( 5),3,5,7,3',4'-pentahydroxyflavone( 6).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
