摘要
公共数字文化服务是公共文化服务在数字技术支持基础上的发展和延伸。我国公共数字文化服务建设已经取得一定成果,但从用户反馈来看,仍存在公众的信息素养偏低导致公共数字文化服务使用难度增大、宣传推广不到位导致服务利用率不高、现有服务的内容和方式无法满足公众的数字文化需求以及数字资源建设针对性不强、易用性不高等问题。我国可以通过推动宣传推广和信息素养教育的良性循环、强化公共数字文化服务建设中的公众参与、加强各个文化服务机构数字资源的互联互通来完善现有的公共数字文化服务,以便更好地满足公众的数字文化需求。
Public digital culture service is the developent and extension of public culture service based on the support of digital technology. The construction of public digital culture service has made some progress, while there still exist problems: the lower public information literacy leads to increasing difficulty in using public digital culture service, the poor propaganda leads to lower service utilization, the existing service content and method could not satisfy the public needs on digital culture, and digital resources construction is less targeted and hard to use. Public digital culture service in China should be improved by establishing a positive circle of propa-ganda and information literacy education, enhancing the public participation in public digital culture service construction, strengthening the interconnection of the digital resources in different public cultural institutes to satisfy the public needs on digital culture.
