摘要
为了提高电阻焊电源的焊接质量,在详细分析了电阻焊电源的原理的基础上,结合电阻焊自身的特点,利用FPGA的特性,对传统的PID控制算法进行了改进,对恒流控制器中的各个控制模块进行了分析和设计,并通过Modelsim时序仿真,其结果达到了预期目的。
In order to improve the welding quality of resistance welding power supply,based on the detailed analysis of the principle of resistance welding power supply,combined with the characteristics of resistance welding itself,using the characteristics of FPGA,the traditional PID control algorithm is improved,the constant current controller of each control module is analyzed and designed.Through the Modelsim simulation,the results achieved the expected goal.
