摘要
目的针对陕西汉唐景区的旅游纪念品缺乏历史性、创新性、实用性、时代性等问题,提出了基于KANO-AHP模型的旅游纪念品需求评价方法,旨在为旅游纪念品的设计研发提供指导。方法运用KANO模型对旅游纪念品的34个需求指标进行统计和分析,确定其KANO需求属性,构建旅游纪念品需求指标评价体系,应用AHP确定旅游纪念品需求指标的权重。结论通过对综合权重位于前12位的需求指标进行研究,在旅游纪念品的质量提升方面提出改进措施和建议。
Aiming at the problems of the lack of history, innovation, practicality, the times and other issues of the tourist souvenirs at Shaanxi Han Tang scenic spot, the evaluation method of tourism souvenirs demand is put forward based on the KANO-AHP model, in order to provide guidance for design and R&D of tourist souvenirs. Statistics and analysis are carried out on the 34 demand indexes of tourist souvenirs by using KANO model to determine their attributes of KANO demand, and an evaluation system for demand indexes of tourist souvenirs is built to determine the weights of demand indexes of tourist souvenirs by using AHP. Some measures and suggestions for improving the quality of tourist souvenirs are put forward in accordance with the research on top 12 demand indexes which are ranked in line with their comprehensive weights.
