摘要 在传感器设计过程中压阻式压力传感器存在的主要问题是温度飘移和非线性问题,这种问题影响传感器性能的发挥,所以必须对传感器实施性能补偿,弥补测量误差。本文主要通过设计一种LabVIEW压阻式压力传感器校准系统来完善感器校准功能,利用软件设置和硬件设计,并通过反复的实验证明校准装置的精确度和稳定性,以便设计出高性能的传感器校准系统。实验结果表明该系统能够满足压阻式压力传感器稳定性和精确度,并使其稳定性和精确度提高了72%、76%。 In the sensor design process the main problems exist piezoresistive pressure sensor temperature drift and nonlinear problems that affect the play sensor performance, it is necessary to implement the compensation performance of the sensor, to compensate measurement errors. In this paper, through the design of a LabVIEW piezoresistive pressure sensor calibration system to improve the sensor calibration function, set using software and hardware design, and by the accuracy and stability of repeated experiments show that the calibration device, in order to design high-performance sensors calibration system. Experimental results show that the system can meet the piezoresistive pressure sensor stability and accuracy, and it improves the stability and accuracy of 72%, 76%.
