摘要 传统的血流动力学监测多为有创监测,临床应用复杂,并发症多。Flo Trac/Vigileo系统是爱德华公司研发的一款微创且易于建立的血流动力学监测系统。经过多年发展,Flo Trac/Vigileo系统已更新至第4代,对血流动力学参数监测的准确性和可靠性不断提高,已被应用于临床监测并指导临床液体治疗。但Flo Trac/Vigileo系统应用也存在一定的限制,在特定条件或病理状态下,其监测数据与实际情况存在较大偏差。因此,Flo Trac/Vigileo系统尚不能完全替代传统有创监测,但随着版本不断升级完善,使其有望在未来成为血流动力学监测的主要手段之一。本文就Flo Tracl/Vigileo系统在临床广应用中的进展做一综述。 Traditional monitoring of haemodynamic is invasive, complex to apply and involve complications. Flo Trac/Vigileo system is a new technology designed by Edwards Lifesciences for haemodynamic monitoring which is mini- mally invasive and easy to set up. After more than ten year's development, the system has been updated to the fourth gen- eration. The accuracy and reliability were improved gradually. But under special situation or pathological state, the result monitored by the system has large deviations compare to physical truth. Therefore, the Flo Trac/Vigileo system cannot replace the traditional monitoring method yet, but with constantly improving, the system expected to be one of the main methods for haemodynamic monitoring.
