摘要
目的:探讨降低白血病患儿PICC护理中风险问题的有效方法。方法:对照组(50例PICC置管儿童)采用传统护理经验管理,实验组(50例PICC置管儿童)采用前馈控制进行风险管理,找出导致风险问题的原因,提出预防与解决方案。结果:实验组PICC堵管,导管相关性感染,置管部位皮损的发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:将前馈控制用于白血病患儿PICC护理风险管理中,可有效降低PICC堵管,导管相关性感染和置管部位皮损的发生。
Objective：To explore the methods to lower the risks of leukemia children with PICC nursing.Methods：The control group（50children with PICC）received traditional nursing experience management,while the intervention group（50children with PICC）received feed forward control in risk management,then found out the reasons of risks,and put forward the prevention and solution.Results：The incidence rate of plugging,catheter related infection and the skin lesion in cathetering area of intervention group were obviously lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The feed forward control in the risk management can effectively reduce the incidence of plugging,catheter related infection and the skin lesion.
