摘要
目的:探讨并研究PDCA循环在医院临床药学管理中的应用效果。方法:选取某院2015年1月~2016年3月收治的患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用传统方法对医院临床药学进行管理,研究组采用PDCA循环对医院临床药学进行管理,对两组的药学管理水平及患者的满意度进行对比。结果:研究组非常满意、满意、不满意患者例数依次为24、14、2例;对照组非常满意、满意、不满意患者例数依次为18、11、11例;将PDCA循环应用于医院临床药学管理中可以提高患者的满意度,且研究组药学管理水平明显高于对照组,两组数据差异较明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在医院临床药学管理中应用PDCA循环,可以提高患者对医疗服务的满意度及临床药学管理水平,具有较高的应用价值,值得在医疗服务中推广使用。
Objective：To explore and study the application effect of PDCA circulation in hospital clinical pharmacy management.Methods：80cases of patients admitted in a hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional method in hospital clinical pharmacy management,and the research group used PDCA circulation in hospital clinical pharmacy management.Then the level of pharmacy management and patients＇ satisfaction were compared.Results：The number of very satisfied,satisfied,and not satisfied patients in study group were 24,14 and 2respectively,and those of control group were 18,11,11 respectively.The application of PDCA circulation in hospital clinical pharmacy management can improve the patient＇s satisfaction,and the pharmacy management level of research group was significantly higher than that of control group,which the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：PDCA circulation in hospital clinical pharmacy management can improve the patients＇ satisfaction to medical services and clinical pharmacy management level,which has a high application value and is worthy of promotion and application in medical service.
