同兴站改善注入水水质技术探讨

摘要 荆州采油厂同兴注水站注入水水质控制能力严重下降,采出水pH值偏低,含有大量二价铁离子及有害细菌,即使经过投加多种方式处理,注入水水质指标仍无法达标。水质含铁高、pH值偏低问题,主要来源于采出污水,经过液碱处理后,能有效提高水中pH值,抑制腐蚀;同时能大幅度降低水中铁含量,剩余铁含量以离子形式进入储层,没有对储层造成堵塞伤害。细菌指标超标及结垢严重的问题,主要来源于所掺入的地层清水,如后期仍需掺入清水,建议更换水源,改为长江水或者自来水,同时对清水投加合理的防膨剂和杀菌剂。 Decline of control ability of injected water quality in Tongxing Water Injection Station in J ingzhou Oil Production Plant leads to lower pH value of produced water in which there are a lot of two iron ions and harmful bacteria. Higher iron content and lower pH value are caused by produced wastewater. Adding caustic soda liquid to produced wastewater contributes to effectively improving its pH value to inhibit corrosion and reducing its iron content to prevent the reservoir from blocking. Exceeded bacterial index and severe scaling are caused by mixed formation water. It is suggested to use Yangtze River water or tap water instead if necessary and add proper anti--swelling agent and bactericide to the clean water.
