摘要
为了更加合理确定输变电设备检修时序,提出了基于综合风险指标的关键设备识别方法。综合考虑设备资产损失风险和电网安全运行风险,计算综合风险指标并识别关键设备。所提方法综合了设备运行状态、外部环境影响、电网运行方式时变性等多种因素,且通过指标的分解计算实现了对复杂问题的解耦和简化,具有较好的工程实用性和可操作性。IEEE系统的仿真算例验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to make the maintenance tinting of transmission and transformation equipment more reasonable, the paper proposes a synthesis risk index based key equipment recognition method. The synthesis risk index is calculated by considering the assets loss risk and power system operational risk. The proposed method comprehensively considers various factors, and realizes the decoupling and simplification of complex problems by the decomposition of the indexes. The simulation study on IEEE system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
