摘要
针对一设计的振动筛是否存在的疲劳失效问题,对其自身结构的固有动态性能进行了研究,建立了振动筛简化后的三维结构图,分析了振动筛有限元建模需处理的关键问题,并进行了有限元模态分析,获得了筛框的固有频率与振型,得出振动筛本身的动态性能满足设计要求的结论。模态分析结果为之后进行模态试验中响应点与激振点的布置以及为动载荷结构设计提供重要的参数依据。
In view of the fatigue failure existing in the designed shaker, this paper researches on the inherent dynamic performance of its structure, establishes the simplified three-dimensional structure drawing, analyzes the key problems needing to be handled in its finite element modelling process, does the finite element modal analysis and obtains the inherent frequency and vibration mode. Therefore, the shaker' s dynamic performances meet the design requirements. The modal analysis results can provide the reference basis for the modal experiment of the layout of the excitation points and response points and the dynamic load structure design.
