摘要
列述了煤岩的断裂机理及力学性能,分析了煤岩性质对截割头载荷的影响。依据常用的理论公式,编制计算程序,模拟了纵轴式截割头横摆工况下煤岩的载荷。分析结果表明:截割头沿三个坐标轴方向所受的力呈无规律波动状态;三向力及截割功率的最大值随煤层的坚固性系数的增大而线性增大;截割一定坚固性系数煤岩,所得的截割功率最大值可用于初步确定掘进机的适用范围。
The fracture mechanism and mechanical properties of coal and rock were enumerated, and their influences on the load of roadheader' s cutting head were analyzed. Based on the theoretical formula in common use, the calculation program was worked out, the load of longitudinal cutting head during transverse sweep was simulated. The result shows that the forces acting on cutting head along three coordinate axes have emerged as irregular waveform. Their maximum values, as well as the maximum cutting power, are increasing linearly along with the increase of the firmness coefficient of coal and rock. The maximum cutting power may be used for preliminary determining the useful range of the roadheader for different firmness.
