摘要
采煤机的截割电动机受恶劣环境条件及采煤机尺寸的限制,要求其具有较小的外形尺寸和相对较高的输出力矩。通过电机学原理优化了设计方法,并对电动机的水冷却结构布局进行了改进,实现了采煤机截割电动机的小型化。该电动机已成功用于采煤机中,使之具备更高的工作能力和更广的选择范围。
The cutting motor of shearer was restricted by the harsh environmental conditions and the size of the shearer, which required a smaller size and relatively high output torque. The design method was optimized by the electrical theory, and the water cooling structure of the motor was improved, has achieved the small size of the shearer cutting motor. The motor has been successfully used in the coal mining machine, so that it has a higher ability to work and a wide range of choices.
