摘要
阐述了矿用紧凑型大功率破碎机的设计理念。介绍了破碎机整体结构及参数,传动系统,破碎机构,冷却及喷雾降尘系统等。设计了一种电动机和破碎体同侧布置的紧凑型大功率破碎机,有效解决了中厚煤层开采中大块煤、矸石的破碎运输难题。
The design idea of compact heavy mining crusher was expounded. The overall structure and parameters, the transmission system, the crushing mechanism, cooling and spraying system were introduced. A compact, heavy mining crusher, which the motor and the crushing drum are laid in one side was designed, it can effectively solve the difficult problems of crushing and transporting lump coal and rock in the mining of the medium- thick coal seam.
