液压机闭式控制关键技术研究

摘要 介绍了一种液压机主液压缸在数字驱动液压缸控制下的位移精确定位方案,该方案主要用于油压机压下过程中的速度及下压部分末端精确定位控制。在液压机工作行程中,通过调整数字液压缸的阻尼缝隙,可改变数字液压缸的出油量,控制主液压缸的压下速度和位移,完成下压部分末端的准确定位。该数字液压缸可代替液压伺服阀,且对油介质清洁度和温升变化均不敏感。 The paper introduced a solution for displacement control and precise positioning of main cylinder of the hydraulic press in cylinder digital drive mode. The scheme was mainly applied to the velocity control during pressing process of the hydraulic press and the precise positioning control of the pressing end. During operation of the hydraulic press, via regulating the damping gap of the digital cylinder, varying the oil output of the digital cylinder, controlling the pressing velocity and displacement of the main cylinder, the precise positioning of the pressing end was achieved. The digital cylinder could replace the hydraulic servo valve, and was not sensitive to the cleanness and temperature of oil.
