摘要
农户生计多样化以及生计策略的改变是社会主义新农村建设和农村经济社会转型的关键,是农村脱贫致富实现可持续发展的核心。运用参与式农村评价法(PRA)对黑河-石羊河流域六个典型村进行实地调研,通过建立农户生计资产评价体系,并对研究区域的生计资产综合值进行测算,比较两河流域农户生计资产的规律和差异性。研究结果表明:⑴自然资产、物质资产、人力资产、金融资产和社会资产五种资产划分合理,良好地反映了研究区域不同农户生计类型的生计资产状况;⑵民勤县农户生计资产中物质资产、金融资产、自然资产是农户生计策略选择的最主要的资产;⑶甘州区农户生计资产中社会资产和金融资产是农户生计策略选择的重要的资产。因此,民勤县农户生计以农业种植为主,甘州区农户生计以社会投资为主,两区域生计资产差异性较大。
Livelihood diversification and changing livelihood strategies tryside and rural economic and social transformation, and the core to are the key to build a new socialist counachieve sustainable development for rural poverty. Using participatory rural appraisal method （PRA）, six typical villages in Heihe - Shiyang River Basin were investigated by field research. By establishment of farmers＇ livelihood assets evaluation system, the integrated values of the livelihood assets was calculated, farmers＇ livelihood asset law and differences were compared The results showed that： （1） natural assets, physical assets, human assets, financial assets and social assets are divided rationally, it is well reflected the different types of farmers＇ livelihoods asset position in research areas. （2） In Minqin County, physical assets, financial assets and natural assets are the most important assets for farmers to chosen livelihood strategies. （3） In Ganzhou District, livelihoods social assets and financial assets are the important assets for farmers＇ livelihood strategies selection. Therefore, farmer＇ s livelihood assets have larger differences between the two regions ; farmers of Minqin County take farming - based livelihoods, while farmers of Ganzhou District take livelihoods by social investments.
