松嫩平原耕作草甸区中小型土壤动物群落特征 被引量:12

Community characteristics of soil meso-and microfauna in Songnen plain cultivated meadow regions

摘要 笔者于2009年,对松嫩平原耕作草甸区中小型土壤动物进行了调查。结果表明:中小型土壤动物个体数量和类群数量具有极显著的相关性(r=0.894,P﹤0.05)。中小型土壤动物的个体数量和类群数量水平方向变化趋势基本是从呼兰向嫩江递减,即从低纬度向高纬度递减。Sorenson相似性系数表明各样地之间的相似程度都比较高,几乎都在极相似以上。中小型土壤动物个体数量、类群数量与有机质呈极显著正相关(r_(0.01)=0.936,r_(0.01)=0.912),与地温呈显著正相关(r_(0.05)=0.910,r_(0.05)=0.943)。CCA排序分析表明,弹尾目与地温值和全磷相关性显著,真螨目与pH值相关性显著,寄螨目与速钾相关性显著。DG指数变化趋势是从呼兰到嫩江递减。螨类和弹尾类比值大于1(A/C=1.58),表明该区域土壤生态系统不健康,土壤动物群落不稳定。笔者认为,与多样性指数相比,DG指数更适合测定种类繁多、组成复杂的土壤动物群落。 The author investigated soil meso - and microfauna in Songnen Plain cultivated meadow regions in 2009. The results indicated that individuals of soil meso - and microfauna were significantly correlated to groups ( r = 0. 894, p 〈 0.05 ). The horizontal distribution of individual and group of soil meso - and microfauna decreased from Hulan to Nenjiang, which decreased from low latitudes to high latitudes. Sorenson coefficients showed a high similarity among different sample sites; most of them were above significant similarity. The numbers of individuals and groups of soil fauna were significantly and positively related to contents of organic (r0.01 = 0. 936, r0.01 = 0.912), positively related to soil temperature ( r0 .05 = 0.910, r0.05 = 0. 943 ). CCA sequence analysis showed that Collembola were significantly related to soil temperature and total phosphorus, and acariformes were significantly related to pH, but parasitiformes were significantly related to available potassium. DG index indicated a decreasing trend from Hulan to Nenjiang. The ratio of Acarina to Collembola (A/C)was above 1, which indicated that soil ecosystem was not healthy in the region, not unstable in soil fauna community. The author agree that DG index was more suitable for determining soil fauna communities of wide variety and complex formation, compared with the diversity index.
