摘要
目的:观察复方丹参液的抗心肌缺血作用,为药物的临床合理使用提供科学依据.方法:建立大鼠冠脉结扎心肌缺血模型,分别观察药物对模型大鼠血压、心电图、心肌酶学以及心肌梗死面积等指标的影响.结果:复方丹参液能明显抑制结扎大鼠血压的降低,改善心电图的异常,纠正心肌代谢,降低损伤大鼠血清LDH、CK、MDA的含量,升高NO和SOD的活性,且降低大鼠心肌梗死率.结论:复方丹参液具有确切的抗心肌缺血,增加冠脉供血,改善心脏功能的作用.
Objective: In order to observe the composite salvia liquid’s pharmacological effects on myocardial ischemia,providing scientific basis of the medicine’s clinical application. Method: The research constructed a model of rats’ myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery ligation,and kept monitoring the influence on blood pressure,electrocardiogram,myocardial enzymes and the area of myocardial infarction of the experimented rats administrated with the above medicine. Results: The above medicine worked effectively on relieving the blood pressure drop and electrocardiogram abnormity,improving myocardial metabolism,increasing the activity of NO and SOD,and decreasing the amount of LDH,CK,and MDA in serum and the rats’ death ratio caused by myocardial infarction. Conclusion: Composite salvia liquid has definite pharmacological effects of antimyocardial-ischemia and improvement of blood supply and the heart functionality.
