摘要
西宁市医疗纠纷人民调解委员会自2015年成立以来,在调解委员团队建设的完善、法律法规的适用与医疗责任保险制度的衔接、诉调对接机制的尝试上取得了较好的经验积累,但是也存在一些不足。本文从医疗纠纷人民调解委员会的特点出发,总结西宁市医疗纠纷第三方调解的有益经验并提出对西宁市化解医患纠纷第三方调解机制模式的建议。
Since the establishment of Xining Municipal People＇s medical dispute mediation committee in 2015, it has had good accumulation of experience in the construction perfection of mediation committee team cohesion, application of the laws and regulations and medical liability insurance system, and the at- tempt on the mechanism of lawsuit and intermediation. But there are also some shortcomings. Starting from the characteristics of the medical dispute mediation committee, the paper makes a conclusion on the beneficial experience of the third party mediation of medical disputes in Xining City, and puts forward the advice to resolve the third party mediation mode of medical disputes of Xining city.
