摘要
为贵州紫苏资源的鉴定、分类及遗传改良应用提供科学依据,以53份贵州紫苏(Perilla frutescens)种质资源为材料,应用聚类分析和主成分分析方法,初步分析18个表型性状的遗传多样性。结果表明:贵州紫苏种质资源材料存在广泛的遗传多样性,紫苏资源不同性状间存在显著的正相关或负相关(P<0.05);53份紫苏资源6个数量性状间的变异系数在24.12%~66.49%,以单株总穗数的变异系数最大(66.49%),主茎节数的变异系数最小(24.12%);基于所有表现型的聚类分析,53份贵州紫苏种质资源分为3大类群。第Ⅰ类为晚熟型,株型伞型,叶色较深,单株籽粒重较小的观赏型;第Ⅱ类为早熟型,株型塔型,籽粒较大;第Ⅲ类为介于早熟型和晚熟型间的中间类群,基本上反映了各类群间的亲缘关系。经主成分分析,前7个主成分的累计贡献率达84.79%,各主成分性状的载荷值反映了主要性状的育种选择潜力。
The genetic diversity of 18 phenotype characters of 53 Frutescens germplasm resources was analyzed by the clustering and principal component analysis methods to provide the scientific basis for identification, taxonomy and genetic improvement application of Perilla Frutes- cens germplasm resources in Guizhou. Results:There is wide genetic diversity in Frutescens germplasm resources and are significant positive correlations or negative correlations between different characters of Frutescens germplasm resources. The variation coefficient of six quantita- tive characters of 53 Frutescens germplasm resources is 24.12 % - 66.49 %. The variation coefficient of total panicles per plant and nodes of main stem is maximum (66.49 % ) and minimum (24.12 % ) respectively. 53 Frutescens germplasm resources are divided into three groups by clustering analysis based on different phenotype. Group I belongs to the ornamental type with late maturity, umbrella plant type, deep leaf color and less seed weight per plant, group II is of early maturity, tower plant type and big seed and group III is the middle group between early maturity type and late maturity type, which reflects the genetic relationship among three groups basically. The principal com- ponent analysis shows that the accumulative contribution rate of fonner 7 principal components is up to 84.79 %. The load value of different principal components reflects the breeding selection potential of major characters.
