摘要
目的 观察Nd：YAG激光泪道成形及球头硅胶管置入治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果.方法 回顾性分析鼻泪管阻塞合并慢性泪囊炎36例（36只眼）的临床资料.患者以Nd：YAG激光疏通鼻泪管阻塞部位,再逆行置入球头硅胶管,保留6～12个月.随访2年.结果 术后1年,治愈率94.44％;术后2年,治愈率91.67％.结论 Yd：YAG激光泪道疏通及硅胶管置入治疗慢性泪囊炎治愈率高,复发率低,而且创伤小,面部不留瘢痕.
Objective To observe the efficacy of Nd：YAG laser dacryoplasty combined with silicone tube intubation for chronic dacryocystitis.Methods The clinical data of 36 eyes of 36 cases of nasolacrimal duct obstruction with chronic dacryocystitis were retrospectively analyzed.In all patients the silicone tube retrograde intubation was performed after Nd：YAG laser recanalization of nasolacrimal duct.Silicone tube was removed 6 to 12 months after surgery.All the patients were followed up for 2 years.Results The cure rates were 94.44% and 91.67% respectively in the 1 year and 2 years after surgery.Conclusion Nd：YAG laser dacryoplasty combined with silicone tube intubation is effective with high scuccess rate and lower recurrence rate.The advantages includ minimal invasion and less scar formation.
