摘要
堆石混凝土是利用自密实混凝土的高流动、抗分离性能好及自流动的特点,在粒径较大的块石内随机充填自密实混凝土而形成的混凝土堆石体。堆石混凝土具有水泥用量少、混凝土实际水化热温升仅为常态混凝土1/2左右、施工速度快、综合成本低等优点,已广泛应用于水利水电工程并取得显著成果。针对堆石混凝土和浆砌石混凝土两种坝型进行方案比选,得出结论堆石混凝土更优于浆砌石混凝土,并叙述堆石混凝土的施工工艺及方法。
Rockfill concrete, self-coMPacting concrete is the use of high flow, anti-separation performance and flow characteristics of the self, in the larger particle size of random rubble infill concrete self-coMPacting concrete rockfill formed. Rockfill concrete with less cement, concrete actual hydration heat temperature is only about 1/2 of normal concrete, construction speed, integrated low cost, has been widely used in water conservancy and hydropower projects and achieved remarkable results. The purpose of this study is to be selected from the program than to respect for Masonry and concrete for concrete rockfill dam type two kinds, the conclusion is more than concrete rockfill for Masonry Concrete, finally this paper describes the construction technology of concrete and rockfill method.
