野战管线利用自身强度跨越不等高障碍受力分析

摘要 野战管线铺设遇到较小障碍时,一般利用自身强度实现跨越。障碍两端不等高时,管线受力相对复杂,需要单独校核;基于简支梁理论,根据均布载荷的应力方程,建立了野战管线悬空管段的简易受力模型,利用该模型推导出两岸不等高时3种野战管线管子的最大允许悬空长度计算公式,找出了悬空长度与跨距、高差间的关系;将不等高时的计算结果与等高时的数据进行对比,证明建立的模型较为准确,可以用来指导管线两岸不等高的跨越铺设。 When field pipeline encounters minor gap,the general way is to cross the gap with its own strength,and if the gap is with different height,the pipeline stress is more complex,the separate checks are required. Based on the beam theory,this paper established a simple stress model of hanging segment of the field pipeline according to the equation of uniform load stress. According to this model,the formula of max allowed distance of three kinds of the field pipeline using between minor gap with different height was derived,the relationship between the hanging length,the suspended span and the height difference were find out. The compared results of data at the same height and different height shows that the established model is accurate and the conclusion can be used to guide the pipeline laying between minor gap.
